| Emma Markwick |
Emma’s background is in occupational and sports psychology, with 15 years consultancy experience.
Emma played a lot of sport while completing degrees in occupational psychology and therapeutic studies. She succeeded (most of the time!) to manage both and as a result learnt for herself the power of looking after mind and body. From this point on she has endeavoured to include both aspects in working with all her clients.
Over the years she has enhanced her practice with further qualifications in nutritional therapy and exercise physiology. As a result, she uses a unique blend of mind and body approaches in her work with individuals and groups.
She is well known for her team / group facilitation skills, and works on an on-going basis with several executive and Olympic / professional sports teams. Emma is one of the founding Directors of LifeworX.
