LifeworX coaches have a holistic ‘mind-body’ approach. Because of their training in both traditional therapeutic and psychological practice, combined with knowledge in areas of physical wellbeing, they are able to skilfully merge the two dimensions.
Areas of intervention will vary depending on individual need, but classically will include:
Diagnosing sources of personal imbalance – mind and body
Nutritional therapy to increase energy, enhance sleep and improve overall resilience
Tailor made physical activity programmes
Unlocking barriers to personal change, through use of both Gestalt-based and cognitive behavioural interventions
