The LifeworX Wellness Programme focuses on the six key areas of ‘eat right for me’, ‘eat well’, ‘get fit’, ‘get active’, ‘manage stress’ and ‘switch off’
Each individual will follow a tailored wellness programme focusing on one of more of these areas |
